The short version

We collect your email address and what we need to run your account and subscription. We don't sell your data, don't use third-party ad trackers, and you can delete your account yourself at any time.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Account: email address; when you signed up, verified and last signed in; which Terms and Privacy versions you accepted and when; your email preferences and marketing consent.
• Subscription: plan, status, trial and renewal dates, and the Stripe customer ID. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Notifications: if you turn on browser notifications, the push subscription your browser gives us (an endpoint URL and keys).
• Usage: first-party events such as pages viewed, emails clicked, and whether the app was installed or notifications enabled, with a random identifier cookie, the referring page, campaign (UTM) tags and a coarse device type (mobile/tablet/desktop). We do not store your IP address or full browser details in our database.
• Email delivery: a log of which emails were sent to you and whether delivery succeeded.
• Cancellation feedback you choose to give.

3. Cookies

Strictly necessary: a sign-in session cookie. First-party analytics: a random visitor identifier and campaign tags (no third-party trackers). No advertising cookies.

4. How we use it

To deliver the Service (emails, notifications, access to Pro), bill subscriptions, secure accounts, answer support requests, and understand in aggregate how people find and use the Service. Legal bases (where applicable): contract, legitimate interests, and your consent for optional product news.

5. Service providers

• Railway (application hosting and database), Vercel (website delivery), GitHub (public ledger — contains no personal data).
• Resend (email delivery: your email address and message content).
• Stripe (payments: billing details you give Stripe; see Stripe's privacy policy).
• Your browser's push service (e.g. Apple, Google or Mozilla) if you enable notifications.
• Discord and X only if you interact with us there, under their own policies.

6. We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.

7. Your rights and choices

Unsubscribe from any email with its link or in Account settings. Delete your account in Account settings — this removes your email, preferences and notification subscriptions immediately. You can also email us to access, correct, export or delete your data. Residents of California, the EU/EEA and the UK have additional rights, which we honour on request.

8. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and removed on deletion. Email-delivery and usage logs are kept up to 24 months. Billing records are kept by Stripe as required for tax and accounting. Backups roll off after 30 days.

9. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18.

10. Security

Sign-in links are single-use and expire in 20 minutes; session and link tokens are stored only as hashes; traffic is encrypted in transit.

11. Changes

We'll post updates here with a new version date and email account holders about material changes.
