Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GammaPulse (the website at gammapulse.tech, the web app, our emails and notifications, our public ledger repository, and our X and Discord accounts — together, the "Service") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

GammaPulse publishes market observations: a daily list of trading setups for US-listed stocks, each with a decision level, an invalidation level and a next level, and a public Record of every setup and its scored outcome. The same content is published to every reader of a given plan. The Service does not connect to brokerage accounts, place orders, manage money or hold funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free: the top long and top short setup each market day, end-of-day outcomes for those picks, and the public Record.
• Pro: $29 per month or $249 per year (USD, plus any applicable tax), billed in advance by our payment processor, Stripe. Pro includes the full daily list, full-list emails, browser notifications and Record breakdowns.
• Trial: new Pro subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the plan you chose starts and is charged at the end of the trial.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change for existing subscribers.
• Cancellation: cancel any time from your account (Account → Manage billing). Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds: if you're unhappy, email founder@gammapulse.tech within 30 days of your first payment for a refund of that payment. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
• We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

5. No investment advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation that any security or strategy is suitable for you. We don't know your finances, objectives or risk tolerance, and we don't provide individualised advice — including by email, Discord, X or direct message. GammaPulse is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner. You alone decide whether and how to trade.

6. Outcomes and statistics

The Record shows every setup we've issued and an outcome computed by a published, versioned scoring rule. Outcomes are computed from market data after the fact, assume no commissions, slippage or fill uncertainty, and are not results of real trading. Any statistic we show is computed from the complete Record with its sample size. Past outcomes do not predict future results. The ledger proves what was published and when; it does not prove that any setup is profitable.

7. Your use of the Service

Keep your account to yourself; sign-in links are personal. Don't resell, republish or redistribute the Pro content, scrape the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's content, methodology text and design belong to GammaPulse. The public ledger data may be copied and verified by anyone.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Emails and notifications can be delayed or not delivered. Market data and the systems we rely on can be wrong or unavailable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GammaPulse and its owners, officers and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost trading profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GammaPulse against claims arising from your trading decisions, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete my account). We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders and shown here with a new version date; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

14. Governing law

[Governing law, venue and the operating legal entity to be set on attorney review.] Before any formal proceeding, contact founder@gammapulse.tech and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
